Ricky didn't get an elk the first week end of the hunt, so he headed back up with our pop up trailer to meet his dad and undo this unlucky streak he has had the last few years. he finally got an elk, yeah real steak! I am tired of burger and chicken, but we can't afford to buy the steak we eat rick has to shoot it! Did I just sound like redneck white trash? oh well, at least he didnt hit it first. so it looks as though we will be cutting up meat the next few nights.
